Camp Schedule

Please see below important information for the duration of the camp.

• Early drop off - 8:30am
• Late collection - 4:00pm
• Main Registration 09:30am

On arrival our coaches will be waiting each day for the morning meet and greet.

Each morning, your child will be introduced to their lead coach and from there, organised into their groups based on age. If your child is feeling anxious or nervous then we recommend coming along a little earlier. By doing this, we can make sure we can make sure they are feeling relaxed. All our coaches will make sure your child feels at home and help ease any nerves they may have.

End of the day collection 3pm

The coaches will take this time to have our final talk with the children ahead of the scheduled collection time. We use this time to allow the children to say their goodbyes to their friends and coaches, check out of our camp, go home, rest up and get ready for another fun-filled day full of football the next day.

Upon collection we kindly ask all parents not to enter the changing room areas and await for the Assure Coaching staff to call out your child’s name. This is due to safeguarding, the Assure Coaching coaches will bring out the children in their age groups and call the childrens names individually. This allows the parent/guardian to collect their child in a safe manner. If someone else is collecting on any day given then please inform the coaches at the registration tent in the morning so we can document it ahead of the end of the day.

Those attending our camps who require medicines such as epi-pens, must have written permission for Assure Coaching coaches to administer these in a case of an emergency.

Assure Coaching coaches will occasionally take photos and videos for our social media platforms. All coaches have full enhanced DBS certificates and we will always have an onsite first aider.

All children must be able to attend the toilet by themselves, Assure Coaching coaches will always take your child to the toilet areas but are unable to help with toiletry needs.

At Assure Coaching we will look at teaching 4 skills:

• TECHNICAL- Fundamental football skills, such as passing or shooting, to help them become more technically-gifted footballers. We use these skills everyday in our camps with team games with other players.
• PSYCHOLOGY- Our fun unique football holiday camps we look to help with cognitive function. Y ou will see better concentration, learning, listening and decision making skills.
• PHYSICAL- Our camps are all about getting your child moving and physically stronger, Each day in camp we help build fundamental physical skills. While a lot of children play football already this is normally for a short spell of time, with us each day gives many hours of football helping build up good stamina and football endurance.
• SOCIAL- At any of our camps we have 10 children per coach, we use this number to make sure that your child gets the maximum attention. By doing this it helps build friendships as larger groups some children find it slightly challenging. Each day we make sure we have lots of fun and this also helps children to build strong social skills.

Essentials Required

1. Snacks for our scheduled breaks, morning, afternoon.
2. Packed lunch (Please do let us know if you have any allergies)
3. Refillable water bottle
4. Any medicines prescribed to your children.
5. Spare clothing, football boots, trainers, towels. Please make sure a full kit is provided.
6. Please ensure your child is dressed appropriately for all weathers. Eg coats, hats, Suncreams
